Seven beautiful lifetimes of people from all around the world serve as a starting point and invitation to discussion about the paths we choose and the lives we live. Is their longevity due to genetic secrets or their choices and decisions? The centenarians share their thoughts and daily lives with us; what can we learn from their testimonies to age as beautifully as the protagonists of this documentary?

Jolanta Woch - member of the visitor experience and development team in the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw, animator of the Seniors in Action program, co-creator of the Klub Seniorek i Seniorów Nowoczesnych associated with the Museum of Modern Art.

Damian Kalita - experienced animator, curator, coordinator of numerous intergenerational social and cultural projects, expert on activation projects aimed at the 55+ age range.

Magdalena Rosochacka-Gmitrzak, PhD - sociologist of aging and social gerontologist, assistant professor at the Institute of Applied Social Sciences of the University of Warsaw, board member of Towarzystwo Inicjatyw Twórczych „ę”.
