Sunday, May 21 | 4:40 p.m. | Kinoteka 6

Women in the music industry. From backstage to stage

Guests will discuss the representation of women in the Polish music industry, where women continue to be a minority. The panel aims to show the female perspective in this masculinized world and to analyse changes that happened over the last few years, both on the Polish and global stage. This open event serves as a platform for Polish female artists, producers and bookers. We encourage you to ask questions and share your experiences!

IT GIRLS - a clothing brand and a platform run by women for exchanging thoughts, knowledge and inspiration. Together, we want to create a world full of equal opportunities where everyone has the courage to make dreams come true. The new platform, in addition to the clothing brand, brings together inspiring, original and independent women - exactly the kind we think of as "it-girls". We want to break with the cutesy, idealised image of women who “have it all” and are always successful and instead build a woman's world free of pressure, self consciousness and fear of asking for help. The goal of this platform is to build a supportive community of girls through lifestyle events with inspiring people. Drawing also from our own experience, in the series of meetings we want to discuss topics encouraging self-care and building self-confidence, creating your own business initiatives and drawing inspiration from modern successful women and more.
