Festival pass – a personalised pass is available when purchasing at least ten tickets for different screenings at a time. The price for the pass holder for one ticket is then 16 PLN. Throughout the festival, upon presenting the pass at the box office, subsequent tickets can also be purchased at this price. The pass holder will receive an item of festival merchandise and a name badge. Passes will be on sale from 25 April to 9 May 2024 at the Kino Muza cinema box office, as long as the pool has not been exhausted. It is not possible to purchase a pass or tickets with a pass discount online. The pass is assigned to one person, and only that person can benefit from the discount.
It is not possible to reserve individual tickets by e-mail or telephone.
Festival Pass and tickets for organized groups can be purchased only at the Kino Muza box office.
It is not possible to return purchased tickets.
Seats in screening rooms 1 and 2 are numbered – it is not possible to change seats after purchase. Seats in screening room 3 are not numbered.
Festival events
Admission to festival events is included in the price of the tickets to paid MDAG Festival screenings. Priority is given to ticket holders for a film screening connected with a given event. Detailed information can be found on p. 30–33.
ATTENTION: The time given in the program for the beginning of a given event is the time when the film screening starts! The accompanying event starts directly after the screening.

The festival centre is located in the main lobby of Kino Muza.
