Assistance

We offer assistance both when arriving at the screening and after it ends – within the cinema as well as on the way from public transport stops or parking areas. We encourage you to let us know in advance so we can provide support tailored to your needs.

Tickets for accompanying persons

Accompanying persons of people with disabilities can benefit from free or discounted tickets for festival screenings.
To ensure free entry and secure a seat for your assistant, we recommend contacting us in advance. If you arrive without a reservation, the cinema may charge a symbolic fee due to institutional regulations (Wrocław: 1 PLN, Poznań: 10 PLN). If you would like more details or wish to reserve a ticket, feel free to contact us.

Ticket reservations

Ticket reservations allow you to secure a place at a selected screening. This option is especially recommended for those who may have difficulty purchasing tickets online and prefer to pay at the cinema box office or by bank transfer. It ensures a seat without the need to use the general ticketing system.

Seat reservations

By reserving a seat, you can choose a place that suits your needs – for example, closer to the entrance, in the front rows, or in another preferred location. It also helps avoid queues and ensures your seat will be exactly where you want it. A staff member can guide you to your seat or place a “reserved” sign, depending on your preference.

Early boarding

Early boarding allows you to enter the cinema before the screening begins. This gives you time to comfortably take your seat without worrying about crowds or queues. It is especially helpful for those who need more time to get seated, prefer a specific row, or require assistance when entering the screening room.
