Fatma Hassouna – a 24-year-old Palestinian photojournalist – was killed along with seven members of her family on 15 April 2025 in the Gaza Strip when her home was bombed by the Israelis. The film is a record of a year in her life, captured through video conversations collected by the director using a mobile phone. It documents the reality of a young Palestinian woman under Israeli occupation: her daily life, her struggle for survival and her unyielding spirit, thanks to which Fatma navigates her reality with extraordinary dignity and hope.
