Polish premiere of Whispers in the Woods after the film Whispers in the Woods, dir. Vincent Munier

Join us for the premiere screening of the new film by Vincent Munier, the acclaimed director of The Velvet Queen, who this time turns his camera toward the beauty and tranquility of France’s ancient forests. Together with his father Michel and his son Simon, the filmmaker explores the life of the wild woodland - deer, owls, lynx, capercaillies, and other forest animals. The camera not only captures images but, above all, “listens” to the forest as a living organism, where movement and sound form part of a complex web of life. Yet this is not only a story about the pleasures of connecting with nature - it is also about family and the bonds we build with those closest to us.
The screening will be enhanced by a scent composition created by Alba1913.
A 10-minute introduction in Polish will be delivered before the film by Dobrochna “DobrymOkiem” Frąc - a forest and northern lights guide, photographer, and advocate of mindful and ethical presence in nature. She leads workshops and expeditions focused on reading the signs of the natural world and experiencing the wilderness with all the senses.
