WWF Poland Award Ceremony after the screening of Time and Water, dir. Sara Dosa
The WWF Poland Award – Voice for the Living Planet is the only award at the festival presented to a film’s protagonist rather than its creators. It honors individuals who speak out in defense of nature and the world we live in. The award recognizes courage, integrity, and unwavering commitment to protecting biodiversity and our planet, highlighting attitudes that inspire others to take action for nature and real change.
This year’s recipient is Andri Snær Magnason—an Icelandic writer, activist, and the protagonist of Time and Water by Sara Dosa.
The award ceremony will take place before the screening, followed after the screening by a Q&A with the winner and the film’s director.
