Best Polish Film Competition juror
A member of the European Film Academy and a cultural manager with many years of experience. From 2002 to 2016, she worked for the T-Mobile New Horizons International Film Festival, serving as the festival’s artistic director from 2007 to 2016. She not only curated the festival’s program but also developed industry events. She was the founder of Studio Nowe Horyzonty – workshops for young people in the film industry. She also conceived the Polish Days project – a Polish cinema market aimed at the international film industry. From 2016 to 2020, she served as Program Director of the Transatlantyk Festival. She was the founder of the industry event Lodołamacz. In 2021 and 2022, she served as head of Gdynia Industry during the FPFF in Gdynia, and in 2023 she was appointed artistic director of the festival, becoming the first woman in history to hold this position. In 2024, she introduced a new industry event to the program, Gdynia Campus – workshops for film school students.
