Monika Braid is an independent film producer specializing in both fiction and documentary films in collaboration with international production companies and broadcasters. Born in Kraków, Poland, she earned her MA in Film Studies from Jagiellonian University before relocating to the UK in 1995. During her tenure at the Polish Cultural Institute in London, she initiated and programmed the Polish Film Festival, which has become an annual event in London. She is an EAVE graduate, an expert of the Polish Film Institute, member of European Film Academy and Polish Film Academy.
