Co-founder of the Małgosia Braunek Bądź Foundation, she is a columnist and author of the books ‘Holistyczne ścieżki zdrowia. Bądź’, ‘Siła umysłu, siła emocji. Duchowe ścieżki zdrowia’ and ‘Zostawić stare za sobą. Przewodnik po końcach i nowych począ’, in which she combines the knowledge of experts from various fields of medicine and psychology with her own experience. She is also the creator of podcasts including: ‘OSOBISTE ROZMOWY HOLISTYCZNE’ on Vogue Polska, and ‘ZAOPIEKOWANI’, where she conducts interviews with experts, doctors and therapists. In her work, she seeks ways to harmoniously combine traditional knowledge with modern methods of caring for health and well-being. She is actively involved in social and educational activities.
