cinematographer of the film ‘Amma, Do Giraffes Cry?’
A Taiwanese cinematographer currently studying at FAMU. Bringing her previous visual training in fine art, graphic design and documentary photography into her film making practice, she is interested in the balance between content and form. Fascinated by the stories of humanity and the search for truth, her work is not limited to fiction or documentary, but cover a wide variety of genres including drama, comedy and horror in her recent projects. The documentary she shot recently, “Amma, Do Giraffes Cry?” was nominated by Millennium Docs Against Gravity for the 2026 Doc Alliance Award for Best Short Film and also selected for Visions du Réel.
