Senior Film Club. Introduction to the film ‘Jane’s Journey’

At the festival’s Senior Film Club, we will be screening a documentary portrait of Jane Goodall – an environmentalist and icon of social activism who is not only highly regarded but also adored by all – a woman who turned her passion for chimpanzees into the first serious scientific research on primates. The biography of the researcher, who passed away last year, is an inspiring story of commitment, values, and relationships, set across several continents, with Gombe National Park in Tanzania playing a special role. We will embark on a journey through ‘Jane’s Life’ on Tuesday, 12 May at noon.
