Art historian, curator, lecturer, dean of the Faculty of Artistic Research and Curatorial Studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, lecturer at Collegium Civitas, and researcher of the art by women artists. As part of the Susch Institute founded by Grażyna Kulczyk, she conducts long-term research into the work of women artists from Central and Eastern Europe. She is also the curator of the Susch Museum. President of the Arton Foundation (since 2011), an organisation dedicated to the compilation of artists' archives.
