director of the film "City of Mermaids"
In 2011, Andrea Fortis studied directing at the London Film Academy, where he filmed the short film "Sound of Silence". In India in 2013, he filmed as co-director the movie "Red Rain", a science fiction feature film, then in Italy he attended the seminar "Fare Cinema" by Marco Bellocchio. As a director, he focuses on shooting commercials between Rome and Milan. He currently filmed "City if Mermaids", which won in 2024 the Rai Cinema and MYmovies Awards at the “Visioni dal Mondo" festival.
