Marcin Wierzchowski (b. 1984, Warsaw) is a director, producer, and artist. His family fled to Germany due to unrest in Poland. He left school at 17, worked in a video store, and discovered his passion for film. In 2012, he earned his Abitur and studied philosophy, later switching to fine arts with a focus on film. Based in Frankfurt and Warsaw, he creates fiction and documentary films, also working in video art and set design.
