Victoria Verseau is a Swedish artist and filmmaker based in Stockholm, with an MFA from the Royal Institute of Art. Her debut feature Trans Memoria premiered in the Proxima Competition at the 2024 Karlovy Vary Festival in the Proxima Competition and was screened at, among others, IDFA, SXSW, and Fondazione Prada. The film received coverage in The Hollywood Reporter and Variety, and won the prestigious Dragon Award for Best Nordic Documentary at the Gothenburg Film Festival.
