Psychological Support

During the organisation of the festival, we make every effort to care for the mental comfort of our audience. We are aware that the films presented address difficult topics, which is why we want everyone to feel supported and safe. This year, we have prepared a range of solutions that we hope will make film viewing easier, provide opportunities for calm and reflection, and create space for conversation and shared experience.

Free psychological support helpline Wellbee

We invite you to use the Wellbee support helpline. Mental health professionals will be available from 7 May to 1 June (until the end of the online festival), daily between 17:00 and 21:00.

Call if: you need support in solving a problem, you are going through a difficult moment and want to talk to someone who understands, you are overwhelmed by difficult emotions and do not know how to cope with them, you are experiencing a stressful life change, or a film screening has brought up emotions you would like to discuss with a specialist.

Trigger warnings

On our website, in the individual film pages, we have included content warnings. They are located on the right-hand side of the screen, at the bottom of the column with detailed film information.
If you prefer to browse a full list of films together with their content warnings, we encourage you to check the document below:

Noise-cancelling headphones (Warsaw)

Thanks to the support of the Foundation for Culture Without Barriers, festival audiences in all Warsaw cinemas will be able to use noise-cancelling headphones. We invite you to festival centres, where they can be borrowed free of charge, allowing you to rest in silence between screenings.
Headphones are available in the following cinemas: Kinoteka, Muranów, KINOMUZEUM, Iluzjon, Luna, Atlantic.
More practical information on how to reach the cinemas and their architectural accessibility can be found in the Festival locations section.
