Therapeutic Walk – Take a Break and Find Your Balance

The event will be accompanied by the screening of ‘Whispers in the Woods’, dir. Vincent Munier (95 min.)

Event duration: approx. 120 mins

Do you feel tired, tense or overstimulated? If so, we invite you to join us for a therapeutic walk surrounded by nature, led by trainers from the Institute of Psychology Foundation. During the event, participants will slow down, learn simple stress-reduction techniques, and focus their attention on their breathing and the signals their bodies send. This walk will help calm the mind and restore a sense of balance.

The event will be accompanied by a screening of the film ‘Whispers in the Woods’, directed by Vincent Munier. In his latest film, the director, together with his father and son, explores the ancient forests of France. The camera not only records images but, above all, listens’ to the forest as a living organism. This is a story about the pleasure of connecting with nature, but also about family and the ways we can build strong bonds with those closest to us.
