Co to będzie live. How does the far right recruit young people?
After the screening of HACKING HATE, dir. Simon Klose

When the Internet was still in its infancy, right-wing extremists bought personal computers like the rest of the world. In the late 20th century, they recruited teenagers on IRC. Today they are organizing a cosplay of the Third Reich on Roblox. Then there are Facebook groups, various nooks of YouTube and more or less the entirety of Twitter under Elon Musk. How does right-wing extremism use the web to convert very young people to its ideology? What exactly is the process of being drawn into successive levels of initiation? Why do boys take the bait much more often than girls? And what role does edgy humor play in all this? Marta Nowak and Miłosz Wiatrowski-Bujacz from the Co to będzie (What’s going to happen) podcast will talk about recruitment methods of the far right. The live episode will feature discussion with the audience.
