The guest speaker will be Claudia Filippi Chodorowska, who was born in Tuscany and has lived in Poland for many years. She is a second-generation Honorary Consul of the Italian Republic. She shares her vast knowledge in an open and accessible manner, revealing all of Italy’s greatest culinary secrets. For over 10 years, she was the owner of the Rozmaryn restaurant in Sopot. She is completely devoted to her passion for cooking.
In ‘The Fifth Season’ five female chefs – Caterina, Martina, Valeria, Antonia, and Cristina – come from different regions of Italy and culinary traditions. Each shares her own “season,” blending inner rhythm, landscape, and poetry that define her. The true “fifth season” is the time each dedicates to nurturing her own story, both in the kitchen and in life.

Kamil Sadkowski Kulinarny obieżyświat (Culinary Globetrotter) – from a very young age, he travelled the world with his grandparents, discovering new cultures and places through their cuisine. He believes that anyone can cook; they just need to pluck up the courage and open their minds to new experiences. He shares his knowledge in a simple yet unique way. The originator and founder of K5 – a unique culinary academy where he trains chefs and passionate amateurs. He has worked his way through almost every level of the catering industry. He is the co-author of the book ‘Gastrobanda’, dedicated to the catering industry in the broadest sense, and the author of the book ‘K5 Domowa Gastrobanda’. Author of numerous culinary columns, which inspire many in their search for new taste experiences.
